That's So Retrograde - A Weekly Podcast in Search For a Better You
We often find ourselves in deep conversations where we constantly try to learn and better ourselves but who said searching for a better you has to always be serious? Thanks to two Angelenos Elizabeth Kott and Stephanie Simbari who decided to open up the conversations we all are having and created That's So Retrograde.
Elizabeth resides in Los Angeles where she runs her online fashion consignment brand, Closet Rich, while Stephanie, originally from New York, also resides in LA and is a comedian, actress and bonafide yogini. Having spirit animals of RuPaul and a parrot, That's So Retrograde' is very relatable.
Conquering this city we all come home, Elizabeth and Stephanie are just bringing these conversations to a mainstream audience through a weekly podcast that features gurus of all types. "It's about self care, wellness, (and) living your best life", stated Kott and Simbari. "Anything that falls into that character goes into it. If we got something out of the conversation we feel that our listeners got something out of the conversation too."
Many people in Hollywood have been featured on the podcast. Ashley Tisdale to wife / mother/ humanitarian (and the hosts’ newest spirit guide), Kimberly Van Der Beek. They have also interviewed author Neel Shah on dating and relationships with all of technology's woes, Molly Swenson (COO of RYOT) on empowering a new generation of media consumers, Actress Olivia Thirlby about natural beauty care, certified Crystal Alchemist Katie Manzella on healing powers, Londin Angel Winters (co-founder of Metaphysical Fitness and Mindful Sculpt) on how to ‘love’ your weight off, and many others.
That's So Retrograde brings these conversations to life and has been featured in ‘New and Noteworthy’ on iTunes! Join the conversation and can check it out HERE.
