Real Housewife of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss was honored in NYC last night with the Fortune Insider Award for her career success in entrepreneurship and entertainment. CEO of Fueled by Culture, Marcus Damas presented the award to Kandi Burruss on behalf of Fortune Magazine in front of an intimate crowd of 40 guests at the Hunt & Fish Club in Manhattan, NYC. Among the crowd was Real Housewives of NYC, Dorinda Medley and JIll Zarin as well as supermodel Shaun Ross, Kandi's husband Todd Tucker, media mogul Mona Scott-Young, CEO of GEM Jeff Jones, Celebrity Manager Tiffany Johnson, Steven Weinstalk and musician Sofi Green.

Kandi and her producer husband Todd Tucker sipped on a signature drinks made especially for her guests “Kandi Koated” by Avion Tequila while the violinist, Enzima, played a tribute to some Kandi Burruss’ career hit songs. Marcus Damas & Tiffany Johnson gave a wonderful speech honoring Kandi for her success. Lyft tested out their new Luxury car feature by transporting the guest to and from the venue. The night began with the smooth sounds of the IET band setting the tone as all of the guests entered the Hunt & Fish Club.
