The perfect evening can be described as friends gathering over delicious food and being part of compelling conversation -- this is the tone for ChefDance!
In celebration of the return of ChefDance to Sundance for its 15th year, Chef Dance CEO Mimi Kim hosted an intimate pre Sundance dinner at her Los Angeles, CA Home.
It is the warm atmosphere of friends and family fostered by creators Mimi Kim and Kenny Grisewold that put ChefDance in a league of its own and the LA preview gave guests a better understanding of why ChefDance is the hot ticket of the Sundance Film Festival.
“If I can create an event or a dinner party that would enjoy, others will too," states Kim.

At the preview guests enjoyed a decadent meal by Chef Luigi Fineo that included perfect bites that were almost too pretty to eat.

Wild caught Salmon with a bright champagne vinaigrette & Brussels sprouts
Surf and Turf : plugra poached main lobster lollipops & roasted Oregano lamb skewers
Main Course
Sea and land : Maryland blue crab fritters with southern fried chicken bites with lemon saffron remoulade (crab cakes) spicy maple BBQ (on the chicken)
Steak and Eggs : Roasted beef tender loin on scallion smashed potatoes with an herb o'jou Demi glaze, topped with a fried qual egg
Smoked Gouda Mac n Cheese
Risotto with porcini Mushrooms and Black Truffles
