The cuisine is far from ordinary! Guests can opt for the all-inclusive plan or European option giving attendees the chance to savor the vibrant dining scene in Cabo. On site there are many options, however, one of our favorites was Los Riscos Restaurant and Bar. The fine dining establishment provides delicious food options along with the stunning backdrop. Located on the cliffs at the resort, Los Riscos is on the hillside high above the water, and offers spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez the lights of Cabo, El Arco, and not to mention various fireworks off in the distance.
One restaurant worth the splurge, Mestizo Del Mar . Located just across the walkway from Hacienda Encantada, Mestizo Del Mar is boasted atop the new Vista Encantada Resort (a new luxury boutique hotel that opened in August), and is a pure dining gem that delivers premier local bites. The signature restaurant is serving the three meals of the day and breathtaking panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez.
If you're feeling a little adventurous and would like to see a little bit more of what Cabo has to offer, hop aboard the free shuttle from Hacienda Encantada to its downtown property, Marina Fiesta. The free shuttle runs every 2-hours and is the perfect opportunity to savor your way through Cabo.
