The city of Los Angeles is all the rage, especially with the craziness of Emmy Week upon us! From parties and panels to screenings and brunches there is no stone left unturned when it comes to the Emmy Awards. Insiders can finally relax and rejuvenate thanks to Vanity Fair Social Club, (V.F.S.C), returning for the Emmy Awards THIS weekend!
In celebration of Emmy's week, the VFSC provides a central hub and creative space for bloggers and insiders to relax and refresh in preparation for the big night. Due to the highly successful VFSC events such as: Oscar week 2015, Emmy weekend 2015, Miami Beach Art Basel 2015, and Oscar week 2016, this time promises to be bigger and better with even more panels, events and activations for attendees.
“We’re thrilled to bring Vanity Fair Social Club back to Emmy weekend for a second year,” stated Vanity Fair publisher and chief revenue officer Chris Mitchell. “It's a great opportunity to create interesting and innovative content for our guests, providing a unique look into the worlds of entertainment, fashion and culture.”
The official kick off is Friday, September 16 with an evening celebration, presented by Shiseido and YouTube, with special thanks to Big Frame. Guests will be able to enjoy refreshments and drinks courtesy of: Santa Margherita, S. Pellegrino, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Foodink Catering, Inc., and touch ups by Shiseido.
The following day guests will be able to take in Vanity Fair Social Club’s panels, discussions and activations celebrating T.V.’s best and brightest:
11:00 AM Discussion with Trisha Yearwood, moderated by Jeffrey Tousey
12:00 PM YouTube Red Panel including Joey Graceffa, Kina Grannis, Tim Shea, moderated by Jeffrey Tousey
2:00 PM Emmy Predictions Panel with Vanity Fair Hollywood All-Stars including Krista Smith, Julie Miller, Joanna Robinson
3:00 PM Power and Influence, Style and Television: A Discussion with costume designer Lyn Paolo (Scandal, How To Get Away With Murder) presented by Movado, moderated by Emily Poenisch, about perfecting power-dressing in a television era defined by strong, powerful women.
4:00 PM Young Stars Panel including Emily Robinson, Yara Shahidi and Rowan Blanchard, moderated by Krista Smith
In addition to sponsoring Lyn Paolo’s discussion, Movado will have their Esperanza Collection on display as well. The Venetian Las Vegas will have an interactive “Happiness Roadmap” which will offer up good fortunes and one lucky guest will receive a trip to Las Vegas!
