What better way to celebrate the America's 240th birthday than with John Terzian and The h.wood Group for the 3rd Annual 'Red, White & Bootsy' 4th of July bash?! Held at the lavish Nobu restaurant in Malibu celebrities and insiders gathered in order to properly ring in the celebration of America!

Guests checked in to the all white affair off of the Pacific Coast hot spot and enjoyed Nobu delectables, spirited sips by Absolut Elyx, Perrier Jouet champagne, and Avion Tequila, with participating activations by BMW and Pacsun jean jackets, with sounds by celebrity deejays, Brody Jenner, Devin Lucien, William Lifestyle and Fred Matters, and G-Eazy closed the scene by an electric performance of his top hits.
