Pandora, the biggest streaming service in the U.S., will host a live interactive karaoke event with some of today’s hottest emerging hip hop artists. Trap Karaoke lets the fans be the star for a night by combining the high energy of a concert with an overwhelming feeling of community support. This Pandora LIVE event merged the world of Trap Karaoke with live hip hop music from artists like Flipp Dinero and City Girls, who both made Pandora's 2019 Artists to Watch list.
As Forbes calls Trap Karaoke is “a hub for discovering new acts, meeting new people, capturing moments and singing along to songs normally shuffled on a playlist. This organic sense of community creates an atmosphere that bridges the gap between artists and fans, making live concerts the most authentic and interactive live music experiences.”
“Pandora is always looking for innovative ways to engage our listeners and join them directly with the artists they love,” said Jeff Zuchowski, Vice President Artist Marketing and Industry Relations. “Collaborating with TRAP Karaoke to put our fans directly on stage with the artists takes our vision of fan connection to an entirely new level.”
Flipp Dinero, City Girls, and Ty Dolla $ign have all remarkable year! Flipp Dinero's hit single “Leave Me Alone,” marked his Hot 100 debut, he even got renowned artists like Drake, Fat Joe, and Tory Lanez to co-sign on his talent. In a recent interview with Billboard he mentioned how it felt to receive recognition from peers and other moguls in the music industry. "Those co-signs gave me energy to just continue to work. To continue to make music. To continue to write." City Girls broke headlines with their world wide "twerk-off," for a chance to be featured in their single for "Twerk," with non-other than Cardi B!
An evening of hip-hop from our favorite artists was just the night we didn't know we needed. Needless to say this party was lit AF!
