“The Bachelor” franchise favorites come together for the season premiere of Nick Viall's shot at love with a private event held at Sycamore Tavern on Monday, January 2. Sponsored by FabFitFun, the event was to benefit Sarah Herron's SheLift and Ashley Iancotti's Globe-athon. Both charities were created to raise more awareness of female cancers and spread a sense of empowerment to women worldwide.
"Glob-athon its the only foundation in the world that is global and discusses female cancer below the belt," states Iancotti. "I always thought those were cancers that didn't get the attention that breast cancer got." SheLift i thought we should do it together and get an even bigger response and a bigger crowd together to raise more awareness and more attention on both of our passions," continued Sarah Herron.
SheLift is a nonprofit that empowers girls to overcome physical and emotional obstacles through mentorship and outdoor recreation. Globe-athon is the only international movement focused on the prevention and early detection of all gynecological cancers including uterine (endometrial), cervical, ovarian, vaginal and vulvar.
Bachelor alums such as: Ben Higgins, Lauren Bushnell, Becca Tilley, Robert Graham, Carly Waddell, Evan Bass, Ashley Iaconetti, Amanda Stanton, Jared Haibon, Chase McNary, Robby Hayes, Wells Adams, Lace Morris, Sarah Herron, Jade Roper, Emily & Haley Ferguson, came out to support their dear friends for their charitable efforts as well as cheer on the latest bachelor, Nick Viall.
The dream team bromance, Chase McNeary and Robby Hayes discussed life after The Bachelor as well as what they would change during their particular season. "Now that I've watched myself. I'd be more wide open and reckless probably," admits McNeary. "I wouldn't change a thing. I went there being the man my mom and dad raised. I had manners, I was polite, and I tried to stay out of the drama," Hayes continued. How both of them are still somewhat single is beyond me. However, both would like to have a strong, confident woman in their corner.
Newly single, Amanda Stanton was in good spirits post her split with Bachelor in Paradise co-star Josh Murray. With the new year mood in full effect Stanton looked absolutely glamorous and let us in on life after 'The Bachelor.' "I gained a lot of confidence from the show. I got to know myself better and what i'm looking for," exclaims Stanton. As for dating, "don't settle, keep your expectations high." Stanton was greeted by her girlfriend, Jade Roper. Although solo for the event Roper made sure she arrived in style with a flirty lace dress sans husband, Tanner Tolbert. Roper and Stanton caught up over some much-needed girl time.
Although she has her lifestyle blog, Becca Tilley Blog, in full effect she took some time out for a date night with Robert Graham. The southern belle has always been open with her views and what she looks for in a man. "I wanted a Hemsworth look-alike' Becca Tilley tells IdentifyLA. "Becca is the most new and the best thing that is happening with me right now," Graham exclaimed. Well it looks like they're a match made in Bachelor heaven - the new couple had their PDA on full effect and we are more than thrilled for them!
It was an evening filled with love all while supporting great charitable organizations. Special donations were made by Match.com and Sprinkles Cupcakes. Accommodations for the event is provided by Shore Hotel, Santa Monica. Best of luck to Nick as he embarks on his journey to finding love as the Bachelor!
