Meiomi Pops The Cork Off the Wine Game - Just In Time for the Holidays
Tuesday December 4th Meiomi held the a party for their sparkling wine, which has been available nationally since September. The event was hosted by actress Ali Larter at the modern candle lit Ysabel in West Hollywood. The California based wine company is known for their fruit forward and complex pinot noir. The guest enjoyed the beautiful picturesque patio while being some of the first to try the new sparkling wine. Meiomi also offered their classic flavors of pinot noir and chardonnay to accompany Ysabel delicious hor dourves.
Meiomi has been slowly rolling out their subtle yet crisp sparkling wine all over the country. Meiomi offers several varietals in its portfolio including Sparkling Wine, Rose, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir Single Appellation. Classics like the unrivaled and smooth chardonnay, that is known for its hints of pineapple and lemon, while still conveying a ‘subtle custard note’. Pinot noir is the company’s top varietal that’s known for rich berry flavors that are finished off with a toasty mocha flavor. The perfect wine for relaxing on a patio on a warm summer day is the vibrant and lush Rose. There is a little something different for every palate and every occasion.
Ali Larter was all over the garden of Ysabel while mingling with guest. She also discussed her love of cooking. She even partnered with Meiomi to create the ‘Fa La La fondue’, just in time for the holiday season, that pairs perfectly with the sparkling wines pear and apple notes. Fondue is Larter’s go to recipe she says, because ‘it’s super easy to make and you can just leave it on the counter and people can come up and mix anything from fresh bread to fruit. When Larter is not ‘making magic in the kitchen’, she is spending time with her family.
Party-goers enjoyed the chill atmosphere while listening to the live DJ, sipping on their sparkling wine. Many great interactives display offered great photo backdrops for the party-goers. This evening was an excellent debut for Meiomi’s Sparkling Wine in Southern California.
