Benson Boone Takes Over JaM Cellars Stage at BottleRock 2025
It’s Benson Boone’s world—we’re just lucky to be living in it.
Saturday at BottleRock, the beloved three-day music festival in Napa Valley, fans were treated to a double feature of heartthrob and breakout artist Benson Boone. Before hitting the JaM Cellars Stage for his musical set, Boone made a surprise appearance on the Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage, where he debuted his very own creation: Moonbeam Ice Cream.
Boone served up the blueberry-flavored treat to delighted fans alongside actor Adam Devine (Workaholics) and Tré Cool, legendary drummer of Green Day. And in true Benson Boone fashion, he wrapped the appearance with his signature backflip—a perfect cherry on top of an unforgettable moment.
Arguably, the biggest crowd of the weekend gathered for Benson Boone. The “Beautiful Things” singer has quickly risen to stardom, experiencing remarkable career growth in just a few months. Many fans first became familiar with Boone thanks to his now-iconic front flip in a glimmering outfit at the “Grammys”. Since then, he has performed on Saturday Night Live and at Coachella, amassing an impressive 2 billion streams on Spotify. His performance at BottleRock showcased his undeniable stage presence and ability to captivate a crowd. I mean, just look at the below video X user @namxsj captured of Steph Curry singing his heart out!
For the festival, he opted for a casual look, sporting a mullet, acid-wash blue jeans, a white tank top, and a leather jacket that he eventually discarded. It was a beautiful yet striking experience to see thousands of people fall in love with Boone as he confidently moved across the stage. One might even draw parallels to the legendary Freddie Mercury—he’s mastered the finger-pointing pose and mustache style.
Typically, festival attendees tend to wander during sets, exploring other performances, sampling food, and checking out the action at the three-story Hendricks bar. Yet, Boone managed to hold the audience's attention for a full hour—a feat that felt far too short. Something tells me this won't be Boone’s last appearance at BottleRock, and I certainly hope it isn’t!
