Recently various celebrities and media gathered at the grand opening of ROKU Sunset! At ROKU Sunset, guests can expect bold combinations with diverse non-traditional ingredients paired with elegant yet modern dining.
Created by Innovative Dining Group (the geniuses who brought you Katana, BOA, and Robata Bar), ROKU Sunset combines traditional sushi with a California touch. Bridging the culinary experience you can expect an array of exotic entrees that embrace new takes on a profound tradition.

Throughout the evening guests were able to try a few signature bites from the establishment such as: hand rolls, various sushi, fried rice, sliders, and more while dancing the night away to some of the hottest beats and sipping on delicious cocktails.
