The long wait is finally over! Easy’s has officially opened inside the Beverly Center. An expansion of Easy's Burgers, that was open in Chinatown, the full-scale yet modern diner is elevating the dining experience on a minimal tab.

Created by foodie aficionado, Jeremy Fall, Easy's is a classic twist on a nostalgic type of diner. Locals and foodies alike have followed the work and yummy creations by Fall and have yet to be disappointed.  Fall and business partner Henry Costa of J. Fall Group will  bring an expanded food, drink, and cocktail menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located on the Sixth Floor Main Entrance, the 20-seat counter space will also feature a 90-seat adjacent "patio" with a wide view of the city.

Celeb Guests in attendance were made by Miguel, Kristina Schulman, Nazanin Mandi, Drew Seeley, Amy Paffrath, and Chelsea Kane. Miguel supported his friend and brought his wife, Nazanin Mandi. They noshed on fries, and French toast. Alongside, Kristina Schulman of the Bachelor dove into an Easy’s burger and chocolate milkshake. Married could and going strong Amy Paffrath and Drew Seeley toasted to each other with Easy’s staple Kimchi Bloody Mary cocktails.

“The constant goal through each of our concepts is to put a new twist on simple comfort food, from breakfast to deli sandwiches. We live in an era where storytelling has become everyone's MO and dining is a huge part of our lives. I'm a believer that a unique experience doesn't have to necessarily be expensive and over the top, so I want to give people something different to talk about without the high price tag,” says Owner Jeremy Fall. “I've always wanted to open a new age version of the classic diner and grew up in Los Angeles going to Beverly Center as a teenager, so this project has been very close to my heart."

Although this menu is experimental I think it's safe to say that the strong points are the breakfast items and burgers. The FCBLT (Fried Chicken BLT) is big enough to feed a small village! All-Star items from the brunch inspired menu would be the Corned Beef Hash with the top-contender being the Pork Belly Benedict, (which sits nicely on a robust pesto blend.) The desserts are rather delicious as well. Other items such as the Duck Parmigiana and Crawfish Pappardelle may entice you, but unfortunately they are rather lackluster.

This is the fifth restaurant for J. Fall Group; additional concepts in Los Angeles include Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar in VeniceTinfoil in Highland Park, the soon to open Paperboy Pizza on the Santa Monica Promenade as well as Nighthawk: AM in Chicago, and the latest, second location, alongside Easy's inside Beverly Center.
