Aridus Wine Tasting Room:
Wilcox does 80% of the wine for the entire state of Arizona and during wine tasting we were able to sample a few that are made in Wilcox at the Aridus Wine Tasting Room. Generous pours and superb wine the Aridus sits on 17 acres and even has its own 32,000 square foot winery, tasting room, and its own 40-acre vineyard. During the wine tasting we were able to enjoy the complex wines both dry and light-bodied and enjoy the views of the city and the whistling and breeze from the trains in the night.

Bisbee, AZ:
Housed in a 1907 art deco building and nestled in historic Old Bisbee lies Cafe Roka, a cafe that serves modern American food with a sexy contemporary decor. The chef/owner Rod Kass' offers decadent bites that are both savory, rich, a combination of textures and a master way of 'plating' each dish. It has been said that you 'eat with your eyes' and Chef Kass ensures that each and every dish is plated to perfection The menu is edgy, creative, and innovative using a variety of nuts, polenta, pasta, fresh meats, citrus to deliver incorporate palate combinations for guests.

Tombstone, AZ:
Located in the old town of Tombstone, Big Nose Kate's Saloon, carries the western theme. Built in the building that was once, the Grand Hoel of Tombstone, Big Nose Kate's Saloon offers southern dishes such as BBQ brisket as well as entertainment. During our visit to BNK, we were greeted by the piano player who really brought down the house playing old country favorites.

Not your ordinary wine tasting room, Hoppin' Grapes, is more like a wine tasting 'bar'. This local hot spot supports local artists as well as serves as a great hub to relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine OR a beverage of your choice. You can even bring in your favorite snacks to really make your experience unique. Guests will be able to view art from local artists as well as live music on the weekends.

German Café:
Created in 2009, German Café, creates authentic family-style hearty dishes from Germany. From potato pancakes (served with applesauce and sour cream), rinderroulade (traditional beef roulade smothered with mustard and stuffed with pickle, bacon, and onion) to jägerschnitzel (hunter styled, brown mushroom gravy, seasoned with dill weed) Zigeunerschnitzel (gypsy style, bell peppers and onions) all while washing it down with a apple schorle (apple spritzer with apple juice and sparkling water), everything created at the German Café is made in-house using fresh ingredients and created to bring a little piece of Germany to Arizona.
