Knott's Scary Farm Review - Pure Gut-Wrenching Terror in Buena Park
It comes as no surprise that Halloween has got to be Hollywood's favorite holiday! It's a month-long celebration of your worst nightmares taunting and teasing you at various attractions across Southern California. In the list, Knott's Scary Farm, a theme park offering many many haunting treats!
To the untrained eye it may be 'just a theme park,' with a few roller coasters, however after dark the real attraction begins. Knott's Scary Farm also has nine haunted attractions and mazes that are bigger and better than before.
They added two new mazes this year -- The Depths and Dark Entities. Guests will have to find their way around ominous caverns to discover if the superstitions are true or not all while trying to escape and not being the next victim. Dark entities sets the scene as a space station that is currently under invasion. You'll have to get through the darkness and bypass the mutated souls in order to keep yours intact.
Of course their staple mazes: Trick or Treat, Paranormal Inc., Special Ops Infected, The Red Barn, Dark Ride, Shadow Lands, Pumpkin Eater were still onsite.
Fog streams, lazer lights, cruel carnies, samurais, filled the park which made for horrifying paths to navigate. All in all Knott's Scary Farm has got to be one of the better theme park attractions, ONLY if you get the fast pass. Simply put, you will endure horrendous wait times otherwise, (ie: we waited for 3 hours for ONE ride!)
Knott's Scary Farm activations will be in full effect until October 31st! Be sure to check it out while it's in full effect!
