Recently Angelenos raised a glass to cheers to the collaboration of the newly launched Cocina Collection with Tequila Cazadores in partnership with Actress Francia Raisa. The unique, limited-time home entertaining collection, handcrafted by local Mexican artisans. With a focus on bringing people together to create unforgettable moments, the occasion was celebrated at Ka’Teen in Los Angeles. During the event, guests were immersed in a hidden oasis while previewing the Cocina Collection, which officially launched on October 24th, all complemented by a thoughtfully curated menu.

Raisa, who enjoys hosting gatherings herself, chose to partner with the brand because of its strong cultural roots and traditions. The brand's values resonate with her passion for hosting, making this collaboration a perfect fit.. "I've always loved entertaining and hosting; it's part of who I am. It's an honor to bring a piece of our culture to the table, blending tradition with modern elegance" said Francia Raísa. "Every detail in this collection reflects the craftsmanship and care that goes into creating something truly special. Creating this collection with Tequila Cazadores, a brand that has a passion for creating long-lasting memories through the dining experience, is a dream come true.”

The evening featured a curated menu of authentic Mexican cuisine paired with signature Tequila Cazadores cocktails. Dishes such as cauliflower al pastor, pescado zarandeado, and striped bass ceviche adorned the colorful table as guests sipped on cocktails created with Tequila Cazadores. The prickly pear mule was a crowd favorite and served up in the cutest vibrant tumbler from the collection.

Pairing up with Tequila Cazadores was a no-brainer for the Grownish actress, specially due to its value of “bringing family together through cuisine,” Raisa shares with IdentifyLA exclusively. “I love and appreciate conversation a lot more, especially around cuisine,” she explained. “Now it’s more responsible. We enjoy our cocktails and we’re grown now. I value that a lot more than going to the club.” 

As part of the campaign, Tequila Cazadores will be donating $20,000 to the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF), an award-winning nonprofit organization that focuses on education, workforce, social impact, and culture through the lens of leadership, to further uplift and support the Hispanic community.

“Last year, I also had the great privilege of being the Ambassador of the Hispanic Heritage Foundation,” Raisa shared. “So Cazadores' donation makes me so happy because it shows that they also see the value and impact of the tremendous work the Hispanic Heritage Foundation has done and still continues to do."

It was a delightful evening spent enjoying a beautiful dinner that celebrated culture through cuisine. The night concluded with a toast raised with Tequila Cazadores Cristalino Anejo and guests were able to depart with a few items from the collection.
