As we ring in the New Year, we also toast to the newly engaged couple! Actor Ryan Phillippe and girlfriend of four years Paulina Slagter. The couple celebrated their engagement while ringing in the new year at the chic Five Star New Year's Eve on Watson Island which was headlined by German star DJ Robin Shulz.  

Adorned with the ultimate accessory of her beautiful, delicate and very feminine D-flawless diamond engagement ring, Paulina wore an elegant gray cocktail dress, while Ryan opted for a casual chic look with jeans and a gray button down. 

At midnight the couple shared a really romantic kiss as fireworks went off on the beachfront property overlooking the breathtaking Miami skyline. 

With dinner, dessert and breakfast served all night long, Ryan was happily doing shots and cocktails of Dobel Tequila as Paulina danced with their friends. 

Miami is known to host a great party! Keeping the theme, celebrities were also spotted at the newly opened 1 Hotel South Beach. Spencer Liff, Bryan Singer, River Viiperi, Chace Crawford, Lance Bass, JC Chasez and Chris Colfer celebrated in an ultimate bachelor pad style New Year’s celebration. Throughout the event celebs indulged in drinking Dobel Tequila. 

The guys started their night off partying in their suites then continued the evening with over 70 of their VIP friends at the hotel’s exclusive NYE Mediums and Mischief rooftop bash. Magical cocktails were served and Scott Melker, DJ Leo Medina and Paperwater set the vibe throughout the night.
